Reaction is not strength.
Real leadership is measured.
It listens before it speaks.
It absorbs before it responds.
It steadies before it directs.
If you have influence, use it carefully.
If you have authority, use it responsibly.
Today we have more rights than at any point in history, but with rights come responsibilities.
Not every opinion needs broadcasting.
Not every disagreement needs escalation.
Strength is often quiet.
